How we work

One of the big things that surprised us most when running the workshops was the importance of team work and when it was working well it produced a momentum for the whole project that would solve and overcome story or personality issues for the sake of the bigger picture. It was not always the case in the early days but we learnt how to make sure everyones voice was heard and it was understood that not everyone could be the lead actor/hero, write the whole story or work the camera etc but understanding the importance of all the roles on the project.

UPDATE. We are in the process of developing a secure channel where children can see their films and films of other groups.
